The hydro valve mechanic makes Gasket feel completely different from any other steambot I've played. Switching between blitz and ram modes mid-battle kept me thinking two turns ahead, and the scram option saved my run more than once.
The multiple modes of dismemberment let me tailor my attacks each turn, and the blitz-to-ram combo feels brutal. It adds a fresh layer of strategy without overcomplicating the game.
The hydro valve mechanic makes Gasket feel totally different from the other Gearlocs — I actually have to think about managing pressure instead of just spamming attacks. Ramming a Baddie and then venting steam to reposition is oddly satisfying. Already my favorite addition to the roster.
