Woodland Rush é um jogo para 2-4 jogadores e dura cerca de 15 minutos. É adequado para jogadores tão jovens como 5 e tão velhos como 99! Na sua vez, depois de todos gritarem “Scamper, Dash, Streak, Pronto!”, os jogadores tiram cartas e realizam a atividade indicada, ganhando (e por vezes perdendo) folhas até a ampulheta acabar. Mas atenção ao “Hide-and-Seek”, porque todos os jogadores participam nessa atividade! Quando o jogo terminar, o jogador com mais folhas é o vencedor! 

Se quiseres dar aos jogadores mais tempo durante a sua vez, permite-lhes virar a ampulheta uma segunda vez antes de a sua vez terminar.

The four animal characters all have different movement abilities, which keeps every race feeling unpredictable. My game group got weirdly competitive about the porcupine's slow start and the skunk's dash. Turns never drag since you're always racing to finish tasks.
