The baddies in this expansion hit way harder than the base game ones, and my Gearlocs have lost more than a few runs because of it. Forty new cave encounters is a lot of content for the price, and each one feels distinct instead of recycled.

The cave encounters add so much tension to the tunnels under The Break, especially when a baddie ambush forces you to rethink your whole route. We've played the base game a dozen times and this still made it feel new.
