The bonded leather surface has just enough grip that my metal dice don't slide around, and the raised walls actually stop the wild throws that used to send everything under the couch. Folds flat too, so it tucks into my game bag without taking up space.
Rolled my dice right off the table twice during our last session, so this tray came at the perfect time. The raised edges actually stop them, and it folds flat enough to toss in my bag between game nights.
The bonded leather is way nicer than the cheap felt trays I've used, and my dice don't bounce out anymore even on hard throws. Played through a whole session and rolls stayed put on the table.
