The faction ability sheets alone cut our setup time in half, and having the fortress upgrades laid out per player means way fewer rulebook flips. Cardstock feels sturdy enough to survive a lot of shuffling.
I used to lose track of talents mid-game all the time, but now the faction ability sheet sits right next to my fortress board and I barely have to flip through the rulebook. The upgrade reference is laid out clearly enough that even my first-time opponents stopped asking me what each tier does.
Finally, a way to keep all those fortress upgrades straight mid-game. The layout is clear enough that I don't have to flip through the rulebook every round.
