The krelln baddies are way nastier than the base game ever threw at us, and my group barely survived the first new encounter. Forty waves of extra content is a lot to chew through, but I'm not complaining.

The new krelln and mech enemies completely changed how our group plans each run down the Sibron. Forty new encounter cards is way more than I expected for an expansion, and we're still not through all of them.

The mech encounters add a real difficulty spike that my usual group wasn't ready for, which is honestly what I wanted from an expansion. Forty new cards sounds like a lot, but a few of the baddies feel a bit samey next to the base set.
